Nose Threadlift at Aesthetics Central Clinic

Hi Everyone!

The first beauty-related thing i did postpartum was to touch up my nose threadlift! i did once while i was in the early stages of pregnancy ( i didnt know i was pregnant but it is safe to do it anyway!) but i wanted a more "lifted" look so i head to Aesthetics Central Clinic @ The Central which specializes in Eyes, Face, Skin, Body and Hair treatment.

It is tuck away in the quiet and peaceful office building area of The Central so you can get all the privacy you need without bumping into familiar faces. Also the location is so central it is perfect for "lunch-time quick fix". The clinic bright, clean and spacious with different corners for patients to wait while doing registration.

STEP 1: Consultation. First i start off with a consultation with Dr Ryan Tan whom shared with me more about threadlifts and the process of nose threadlift. Also, he patiently answers all my question and queries on threadlifts while assure me that the pain level is tolerable. I do have quite a high threshold for pain (especially after having 2 children via Cesarean) so honestly, this whole threadlift experience was almost painless. Doctor Tan was really friendly and approachable

STEP 2: Measurement. Looking at my overall faceshape and determine the proportions of my nose, such as how high the nose bridge should be, how narrow/wide the nose and etc. My nose is naturally slightly slanted to one side so with threadlift, this can actually straighten my nose!

STEP 3: Numbing. After cleaning up the nose and forehead area, anesthetic was injected at 2 sites of the nose, the bottom and the tip of the nose. This is probably the most uncomfortable part but it was really short like 5-10seconds and the numbing kick it where i totally feel nothing. Doctor Ryan Tan also personally made sure the anesthetic made my nose numb enough so the entire process afterwards was 0 pain.

STEP 4: Inserting of Threads. The threads was inserted at 2 points, the top and the tip of the nose. The tip of the nose because it gives a much more "lifted"look as i have always hated how my nose points downwards slightly. I like how the doctor actually pays a lot of attention to enhancing the shape of my nose naturally.

Immediately after the threadlift, my nose looks really beautiful with a very defined nose bridge. My nose is also corrected and straighten. The good thing is that the “incision point” looks just like a tiny red dot that can be easily covered up with foundation. I was then given a cream that prevents infection on the incision point.
